4000 Steps A Day Keeps the Doctor Away

Have you done your Monday Mile today? Here’s another reason to make your resolution to walk, or to simply keep going with your current routine. New research from the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior at the University of California, Los Angeles suggests an easy way to boost brain health as you grow older: walk. Indicating it’s best to log about 4000 steps a day, or about a mile and a half.
