The Monday Campaigns is a non-profit initiative founded in 2005 in association with Johns Hopkins University, Columbia University and Syracuse University. Our goal is to end chronic preventable disease by encouraging individuals and organizations to commit to the behaviors, actions and initiatives that promote healthy lifestyles and improve the health of our nation. We provide health-related content and tips, compliance tools, marketing concepts, add-ons to boost media exposure and ready-to-scale programs.
People view Monday as a day for a fresh start, a chance to set healthy intentions for the next 6 days. Research has shown that people are more likely to start diets, exercise regimes, quit smoking and schedule doctor’s appointments on Monday than any other day.
The easiest way: add a Monday component to strengthen your existing programs. Give your audience a regular recurring engagement 52 times a year. Check out our campus, community, worksite or media pages for more participation ideas.
Contact us and we’ll be in touch to discuss your needs and what The Monday Campaigns can offer.
Depending on the program, we may approach our academic associates (for subject experts, important research, and even possible affiliation) in support of your initiatives.
Of course. You’re welcome to use the logos on site alongside your own. Getting the Monday message into your materials is what matters most!
Only with their permission. The Monday Campaigns is not authorized to grant permission on our partners’ behalf. But don’t hesitate to ask us!
We are always adding new, free materials, including logos, web banners and graphic tiles, tips, and other more. Check out our growing library of resources.
Please do! As longs as The Monday Campaigns is referenced as the source, and it is used under fair use guidelines. And please drop us a line to tell us what you’ve done with it. We’re always happy to hear about new uses for Monday. Send us photographs and videos, and we’ll post them on our page.
Anyone is welcome to link to MondayCampaigns.org from their website or blog.
No. There are no usage or licensing fees of any kind. We are a public health initiative whose sole interest is to end chronic preventable disease in the U.S., one Monday at a time.
