Johns Hopkins: Eat an Apple a Day for Lung Health

Research conducted by Johns Hopkins says that Monday’s have the potential to positively affect a range of healthy behaviors. That healthy behavior includes giving up smoking, as demonstrated with The Monday Campaigns, Quit Monday.

Another recent study from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health also found that adults, “who on average ate more than two tomatoes or more than three portions of fresh fruit a day, had a slower decline in lung function” compared to those who didn’t savor the rainbow of fruits and veggies. Just another reason to eat your vegetables! Read the full article here.
