“More than 100 chefs from across the USA are involved, making a direct contribution to mitigating climate change by creating a signature meatless dish made with a distinctive food facing extinction. Chefs will create a signature recipe and offer it as a Meatless Monday special in their restaurant to draw attention to the significant environmental benefits of eating less meat, even if it’s just one day a week.
