Good Morning America Recommends Viewers Stop the Sunday Scaries by Embracing Healthy Monday

Good Morning America recently highlighted the growing trend of people suffering from anxiety and depression on Sunday night, a phenomenon popularized on social media as the “Sunday Scaries.” To help their viewers manage the Sunday Scaries, Good Morning America turned to Michelle Bombacie, Healthy Monday Adviser and program coordinator for the Integrative Therapies Program/Center for Comprehensive Wellness at Columbia University Medical Center.
