Ingredients:
- Arugula
- Romaine lettuce
- Kale
- Onions, chopped
- Pumpkin seeds
- Chickpeas
- Carrots, diced or shredded
- Tomatoes, chopped
- Avocado, chopped
- Thai peanut dressing, to taste
