Simple activities such as walking, gardening, or even climbing a few extra flights of stairs can positively impact your overall health, reducing the risk of developing diabetes and helping with weight management. If you want to expand your range of motion and incorporate more physical activity into your day, then you’ve got to go small and walk home.
