New C40 Cities Report Recommends Meatless Monday to Curb Food-Based Emissions in Major Cities

A new report from the C40 Cities network highlights food as one of the biggest sources of consumption-based emissions in major cities and recommends local governments launch Meatless Monday campaigns in public schools and communities to encourage city dwellers to reduce emissions-heavy meat consumption in favor of more sustainable plant-based protein.
