Welcome back to your Healthy Monday wellness program! After last week’s refresher, you probably have a new outlook on fitting healthy changes into your busy schedule. We’ll be bringing you more focused themes every week. This week: Setting Positive Intentions.

Starting your week in a positive state of mind will set the tone for the days to come. If you spend Monday deciding on one way you can follow a more positive path, you can refresh your intentions every day throughout the week. You can be a good listener, be more organized, be compassionate… whatever you want to do to make yourself – and your coworkers and patients – happier and less stressed!
