Caregiver Monday uses the concept of a weekly Monday cue to encourage caregivers to commit to their own well-being every Monday by developing consistent healthy habits that can evolve into long-lasting beneficial outcomes.1, 2, 3

The Caregiver Monday program features a 52-week series of creative graphics and infographics which offer tips and health practices to promote caregiver self-care. These can be used in the recommended sequence or flexibly based on an organization’s existing health and wellness programs.
