Monday Mile at NYULH

NYU Langone hospitals in Manhattan and Brooklyn launched a Monday Mile program to encourage hospital employees to start off each week with a specially-designated walking route through the hospital.

CUIMC's Healthy Monday for Healthcare Workers

This 24-week program was designed to help faculty, trainees, and staff learn a variety of mind-body self-care techniques to manage stress, fight burnout and improve their overall wellbeing.

CUIMC's Resident Education in Sleep Techniques (REST)

This 12-week program was designed to help residents improve sleep with a specialized set of sleep techniques that they can practice at their leisure throughout the week.
