Makes 1 loaf
Ingredients:
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups mashed banana
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons plant-based milk
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180C and grease a loaf pan.
2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients to form a batter. Fold in toppings of choice.
3. Bake for 30 mins or until a toothpick when inserted comes out clean.
