Whole wheat tortilla
Jam of choice
Chia or hemp seeds
1. Spread peanut butter and jelly on one side of a whole wheat tortilla.
2. Top with sliced bananas and sprinkle with chia or hemp seeds.
3. Roll-up the tortilla tightly and slice into 1 inch sections. Enjoy!
