This quick and easy recipe for Avocado Potato Wedges is a perfect after school snack or any time. Enjoy it with your favorite toppings or this simple version with a few seasonings. You can also try it with sweet potatoes instead of regular potatoes.

Ingredients:
- Potatoes
- Avocados
- Garlic powder
- Thyme (fresh or dried)
- Sea salt
- Paprika
- Pepper
Directions:
1. Slice a whole potato longitudinal from the center. Then slice each half into a quarter.
2. Season as desired. (Use garlic powder, thyme, sea salt, and paprika or your favorite seasonings).
3. Put in an air fryer for 12 minutes at 350 degrees. (Can also roast in an oven if you don’t have an air fryer).
4. While cooking, slice avocados into thin strips.
5. Remove the heated potatoes and layer with avocado until covered.
6. Sprinkle with pepper and enjoy!
