- 1 acorn squash
- Dried basil
- Salt, to taste
- Onion powder, to taste
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 450°. Lightly grease a baking sheet with some drops of olive oil.

4. Lay slices flat on the baking sheet; season with salt, basil, and onion powder. Drizzle with the desired amount of oil.
5, Place in the oven for 40 minutes or until squash slices are browned (make sure to flip them halfway through so they cook evenly). Serve and enjoy!
