1. Add the chickpeas, tahini, garlic cloves, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and water to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Slice the tomatoes in thick layers. Season with pepper and top with a scoop of hummus each. Top the hummus with 7 pumpkin seeds per tomato, garlic powder, turmeric and sea salt to taste.
