Meatless Monday Hospital Case Studies

Meatless Monday has officially arrived at the prestigious network of NewYork-Presbyterian hospitals, giving the hard-working staff and visitors at the Allen, Columbia, Westchester and Cornell sites new vegetarian choices every Monday.

NYC Health + Hospitals, the largest public healthcare system in the country, will now be offering a Meatless Monday “chef’s choice” option to inpatients at all 11 acute care hospitals.
