The Healthy Monday Refresh Employee Wellness Initiative was designed by The Monday Campaigns team with wellness experts from Columbia University Irving Medical Center. It’s intended to help you refresh your mindset and offer a specialized set of practices that can be done at your leisure throughout the week. These practices, which range from deep breathing and mindfulness meditation to simple stretches and healthy eating tips, can help rejuvenate and help you achieve your wellness goals.
